
Interfax-Ukraine quoted the Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Ministry said oil supplies to five Ukrainian oil refineries and the Shebelynka gas refinery in January to June 2010 fell by 2.8%YoY or by 151,800 tonnes to 5.206 million tonnes.
Over the period, oil supplies to the refineries grew by 3% to 4.682 million tonnes, while gas condensate supplies in the period fell by 16.9% to 347,800 tonnes, and vacuum gas oil supplies were down by 2.2 times to 176,700 tonnes.
Oil supplies from Russia in the first half of 2010 shrank by 15.7% to 2.665 million tonnes and oil supplies from other countries in the period under review were 897,600 tonnes, against 51,300 tonnes in the same period in 2009.
According to the ministry, in the first half of 2010, four oil refineries and the Shebelynka gas refinery processed oil. Nadvirna oil refinery received oil but did not process it.
