
The CIS export market is in peak of the holiday season. Therefore there is not so much news and events coming from it and most of information can be counted as rumors.
However, steel billet price increased by USD 5 per tonne to USD 10 per tonne this week.
As per reports, the last deals were concluded around USD 600 per tonne FOB ST with some even at USD 605 per tonne.
As per reports, producers are attempting to hike the prices further and in all likelihood we shall be hearing levels of USD 610 per tonne to USD 620 per tonne next week.
