The CIS export market got more positive this week.

Billet price is fluctuating around the previous week levels with some deals are heard around USD 510 per tonne FOB. Generally the market mood is much more optimistic.

Finished longs are following the same trend. CIS producers have increased their offers by around USD 10 per tonne, but there is no information available if the levels are already accepted by the market.

Finished flats are fluctuated around previous levels.
