
Surgutneftegas and PKN Orlen discusses MOL stake swap
Interfax reported that Surgutneftegas and PKN Orlen are discussing an exchange of the Russian oil company 21.2% stake in Hungarian petroleum firm MOL for 25% of the shares in Lithuania Orlen Lietuva petrochemicals complex which used to be known as Mazeikiu Nafta.
According to the report, the Russian company is simultaneously discussing swapping its stake in MOL for shares in UK petrochemicals company INEOS with trading firm Sinocor.
