At Sinarsky Pipe Works part of TMK visited by the delegation of Gazprom. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize with the production of oilfield tubular Premium for deposits of Natural Gas Production Company.
Representatives from various divisions of Gazprom assessed capacity SinTZ. Visited truboprokatnye shop for the manufacture of oilfield tubular familiarized with the production of hot pipes and the coupling piece, the process of heat treatment, NDT technology and tapping Premium on pipes and couplings.
Well as specialists of Gazprom visited trubovolochilnom shop No 3 which is currently in the experimental-industrial area organized manufacturing insulated pipe elevator. TLT production on an industrial scale for deposits of OAO Gazprom is mastered in Russia for the first time. To date, delivery of thermal lift pipe is carried out on imports. TLT are designed for use as an upper section of tubing to prevent the thawing of permafrost around the wellbore when gas production in the Far North.
Development of a design and manufacturing technologies for TRT SinTZ carried out together with TMK Premium Service, Inc. RosNITI Gazprom VNIIGAZ specialists of OAO Gazprom. As a result of the visit of representatives of Gazprom and conducted jointly with the heads of TMK-Premium Service and OAO SinTZ meeting agreements were reached on the delivery time of cold-resistant tubing with threaded connection for TMK FMT Bovanenkovo field until the end of 2010 and organization of production and testing of thrombolytic therapy.
It was noted that Gazprom is interested in high substituting products SinTZ particularly thrombolytic therapy, as well as tubing and casing with a threaded connection Premium including those of steel type 13Cr and Superhrom.
Mr Sergei Chetverikov MD of of SinTZ said "One of the main outcomes of the visit by the delegation of Gazprom Sinarsky pipe factory were identified prospects for further cooperation. A major strategic task under the general concept of TMK for 2011 to 2013 for Sinarsky pipe manufacturers is to supply high-tech enterprises of Gazprom's innovative pipe products.”
