Pipe Metallurgical Company one of the world largest manufacturers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry and the company Halliburton International Inc entered into a contract to provide services for threading.

Contractor under the contract will be Central Pipe Base part of the oil field services division of TMK which will implement threading elements snap casings for the Russian branch of Halliburton. It is assumed that in the future, in addition to ordinary threads, TSTB be cut for the entire line of Halliburton thread premium connections TMK. The contract is for three years.

Company Halliburton one of the world largest providers of services for the oil and gas industry. Operates in 80 countries providing a full range of services to service fields from exploration and evaluation prior to drilling, well construction and optimization of production processes in the oil industry.

TSTB is part of TMK and specializes in the repair of tubing, drill pipe, sucker rods and manufacturing elements of pipe columns. In August 2012 completed the first order TSTB Halliburton having carried out threading on the elements snap casing diameter 146, 168 and 245 mm.
