Interfax cited Mr Vladimir Shimanovich chief of Transnefteproduct as saying that Transnefteproduct expects that the North project will be at full capacity in 2013.
He said that achieving full project capacity is associated with TANEKO launching production of quality-compliant diesel fuel.
