Ukrainian Journal reported that Ukraine Industrial Union of Donbass has implemented an agreement reached previously to sell Poland Alchemia SA a pipe-making plant that was part of ISD Huta Czestochowa Sp zoo.

Mr Oleksandr Pylypenko Vice President of ISD told Interfax that the sale is complete. He said without revealing the deal’s price tag that "The pipe factory is sole. At present, Alchemia SA is securing the necessary permissions from European Union antitrust agencies in line with European law."
