
It is reported that the Foreign Ministers of Ukraine and Romania have agreed to intensify trade and economic cooperation.
The Ukrainian and Romanian foreign ministers, Mr Kostiantyn Hryschenko and Mr Theodor Baconschi met during the OSCE summit in Astana on December 2.
Mr Hryschenko and Mr Baconschi discussed the current state of and prospect for Ukrainian Romanian relations in particular the implementation of the plan of cooperation between the two ministries for 2011 to 2012.
The ministry press service said "The ministers noted the need to intensify bilateral trade and economic relations and hold the first meeting of joint commission on economic, industrial, scientific and technical cooperation."
