Interfax-Ukraine quoted the Ukrainian Energy and Coal Ministry said Ukraine and Russia will hold the next round of talks on gas supply on January 15 2012.

The ministry said Ukrainian Energy Minister Mr Yuriy Boiko and Mr Alexei Miller summed up outcomes of the negotiating process on gas issues at a meeting.

The parties shared the view that the negotiations they have held in 2011 were positive and constructive in nature and that the next round of the negotiations, which will take place on January 15 2012 has good prospects."
