According to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers, in the January to August period of the current year Ukrainian exports of metallurgical coke increased by 29% YoY to 1.703 million tonnes worth a total of USD 431.25 million. In August alone, coke exports from Ukraine decreased by 4.5% from July to 225,410 tonnes worth a total of USD 53.75 million.

In the January to August period of the current year, Ukrainian imports of metallurgical coke increased by 2.6 times YoYr to 196,180 tonnes totaling USD 66.27 million in value. In August alone, coke imports to Ukraine increased by 12.2 times month on month to 34,030 tonnes worth a total of USD 8.69
