Kommersant-Ukraine cited a person familiar with the matter in the central bank as saying that Ukraine central bank will add China yuan to its foreign-currency reserves to diversify them.

As per report, the Natsionalnyi Bank Ukrainy reached agreement with the People Bank of China to carry currency swaps. Ukraine wants the amount of yuan in its reserves to 30% of trade turnover with China or USD 2.5 billion.
