
According to Mr Serhiy Kosheliuk deputy board chairman for production and capital construction at Ukrtatnafta PJSC Ukrtatnafta plans by 2014 to spend about USD 20 million on environmental projects.
According to him, most funds will be used for the construction of a facility for skimming when loading and storing fuel, as well as the construction of a block to clean hydrocarbon gas from hydrogen sulfide.
In addition, Mr Kosheliuk said that the company spends about USD 250,000 annually to maintain security systems and monitor environmental systems.
