Sinarsky and Seversky Tube Works that are part of TMK won the regional round of the All-Russian Competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency".

The event aims to draw public attention to the importance of social issues, the demonstration of specific examples of solutions to social problems and improving the forms of social partnership in organizations.

In the Middle Urals in the competition on all nominations received 55 applications from 22 organizations of Sverdlovsk region. Following consideration of bids regional tripartite commission on regulation of social and labor relations named winners of the regional stage.

STZ has won first place in three categories

1. "For the reduction of occupational accidents and occupational diseases in the production sector organizations"
2. "For the development of social partnership in the organization of the production sphere,"
3. "For participation in solving social problems and development areas of corporate philanthropy."

SinTZ received awards in the categories:

1. "For the development of human resources in organizations of the production sphere" (first place),

2. "For the development of labor market institutions in the production sector (second place),"

For the promotion of healthy lifestyles in the enterprise "(second place);"

3. For the development of social partnership in the organization of the production sphere (third place)

Outcome of the regional stage of the competition once again proved a socially responsible approach to the activities of TMC, which is the result of systematic work in the field of social policy and ensuring the conditions for priority social and economic problems.

The competition is held every year since 2000 with the participation of interested federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, the nationwide association of trade unions, employers' associations nationwide. From 2010 Contest takes place in two stages: at the regional and federal levels.
