It is reported that Vyksa Steel Works, a part of Russia-based OMK Group, has announced its production results for 2011.

Accordingly, in the past year Vyksa Steel Works output of steel pipes exceeded 1.7 million tonnes down by 13%YoY including 1 million tonnes of large diameter pipes. In December alone, Vyksa Steel Works produced 95,000 tonnes of steel pipes, including 36,000 tonnes of large diameter pipes.

In 2011, Vyksa Steel Works increased its output of railway wheels by 11.5 percent year on year to 742,000 wheels. In December 2011, Vyksa Steel Works produced 36,000 railway wheels.
