Over 100 employees Vyksa Steel Works received government and departmental awards in honor of professional holiday Day of the metallurgist, which was celebrated in Russia on July 17. Results this year have been awarded various awards about 300 workers of the enterprises in OMK Vyksa.
For personal contribution to the development of metallurgical industry and years of diligent work the title of "Honorary Metallurgist" was given by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and five employees VSW subsidiaries.
Diploma and gratitude Industry and Trade Ministry have been awarded 24 people 10 people awarded an honorary diploma governor of Nizhny Novgorod region. For excellence and achievement of best performance letters of thanks to the Government and Legislative Assembly of Nizhny Novgorod Region have received 14 people. Work of metallurgists and pointed at the local level the diplomas and letters of appreciation from the administration and Vyksa Vyksa District received 56 plant employees and subsidiaries.

Awarding ceremony was held at the gala evening on July 15, where steelmakers were congratulated on their professional holiday deputy governor and deputy chairman of the government of Nizhny Novgorod region, Mr Vadim Ivanov, OMK President Mr Vladimir Markin, vice president of OMK VSW CEO Mr Vladimir Kochetkov, State Duma deputy Mr Anatoly Kozeradsky, MP Legislative Assembly of Nizhny Novgorod region Mr Valery Anisimov.
Mr Vladimir Markin in his congratulatory message said "Ahead of the company is waiting for a number of interesting and important projects for the fulfillment of which requires a stable and harmonious work of the whole team."
Mr Vladimir Kochetkov said "Without a working man, without his skill, dedication and talent would not have been our victories and achievements. In the coming years we will implement the new no less important and large projects. It requires professionalism, patience and perseverance."
