It is reported that at their AGM held on June 29, the shareholders of OJSC EVRAZ Vysokogorsky Ore Mining and Processing Plant made a decision to omit the dividends for 2011.

At the meeting, the shareholders approved the annual report and accounting statements. Mr Giacomo Carlo Baizini, Ms Elena Zhavoronkova, Mr Konstantin Lagutin, Mr Igor Korotaev, Mr Oleg Ponomarev were elected BOD members. Ms Larissa Yamotsyk, Mr Alexey Panov were elected members of the revision commission.

Finansoviyei Bukhgalterskiye Konsultanty LLC was approved as the company auditor.
