International technology Group ANDRITZ has received an order from Walsin Lihwa Corporation of Taiwan to supply an annealing and pickling line for stainless steel strip (hot and cold rolled strip) with an annual capacity of 350,000 tonnes. The order value amounts to approximately EUR 70 million.

The scope of supply by ANDRITZ METALS includes an integrated four-high skin pass mill, a S6 high rolling mill, a coil preparation line, several roll grinding machines, as well as the entire electrical equipment and control systems.

Start up is planned for the end of 2012.
