Effective with shipments on January 2nd 2012, ATI Allegheny Ludlum is increasing base prices by approximately 10% to 16% for stainless cold rolled and hot rolled sheet and strip, tubular quality sheet and strip, continuous mill plate products, and emission control alloys.

This increase is achieved by reducing the functional discount by four percentage points on most stainless products and increasing the base price on continuous mill plate and emission control alloys by USD 0.08 per pound.
