Adanac Molybdenum Corporation announced that at meetings held it the requisite majorities of its creditors have voted to approve the Company's plan of compromise and arrangement.

As contemplated by the October 18th 2010 Order of the British Columbia Supreme Court Adanac hereby advises that it will apply to the Court at Vancouver, British Columbia on November 19, 2010, at 9AM for an order sanctioning the Plan pursuant to section 6 of the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada) and section 291(4) of the Business Corporations Act.
