Alloy Steel International Inc announced the resignation of chairman Mr Michael Minosora and director Dr David Mofflin.
The Company will advise shareholders of the revised organization structure in due course.
Alloy Steel International manufactures Arcoplate, one of the world's most wear resistant fused alloy steel plate. Arcoplate is extensively used throughout the global mining industry, both in Australia and 14 overseas markets.
