
EU to extend AD duty on Chinese and Taiwanese stainless steel fasteners
The European Commission announced through the Official Journal of the European Union that it will remain its antidumping duty order on stainless steel fasteners from China and Taiwan for a further period of five years.
This action is to provide further protection to the European Union steelmakers.
It is said that the antidumping duty rates in question for Taiwanese stainless steel fasteners is set at 23.6% and 27.4% for the Chinese manufactures.
