Reuters quoted Mr Patrick Buffet chairman & CEO of Eramet as saying that it expects its industrial investments to be between EUR 350 and EUR 400 million in 2010, up from EUR 286 million in 2009.

Speaking at the mining group's shareholder meeting, Mr Buffet reiterated guidance for a further improvement in operating profit in the first half of 2010 but declined to give guidance for the second half.
