European mills cut stainless alloy surcharge for November shipment

It is reported that European stainless steel mills, including German ThyssenKrupp, Outokumpu, ArcelorMittal’s subsidiary Aperam and Spanish stainless steel maker Acerinox, announced to cut their alloy surcharge for November 2011 shipment.
It is known that the alloy surcharge for 304.2mm cold rolled sheet in November 2011 has been down to the level of EUR 1,385.25 per tonne averagely from EUR 1,489 to EUR 1,510 per tonne in a month earlier.
