Mr Patrick Lamarque CEO of Ugitech Corporation said that the stainless steel demand and price in European market will probably not rebound in the fourth quarter of this year.

He also said that stainless steel sales enjoyed a short rebound in September but fell again after September 2009.

Mr Lamarque reckoned that the market situation would turn better in 2010 but the pace of recovery would be very slow. He also added that the biggest threat would be the cheap resources from Asia and fluctuating alloy surcharge.
