International Mineral to buy 34pct Kermas stake in Samancor

Bloomberg reported that International Mineral Resources Limited will buy a 34.5% stake in South Africa's Samancor Chrome Limited from Kermas Limited to raise its stake to 67%.
Mr Danko Konchar chairman of Kermas Limited said that the transaction may be completed soon.
He added that Samancor is currently operating at 70% of capacity and may reduce this to 60%.
