It is reported that Japanese domestic price of nickel based stainless steel scarp has lifted to JPY 130,000 to JPY 135,000 per tonne, which is JPY 10,000 per tonne higher than May.

The export price has also enhanced to USD 1,400 to USD 1,500 per tonne, which is benefited by restoration of China's production capacity. China' buyers urgently purchase the nickel currently because China cuts output for nickel based pig iron.

Meanwhile, Korea and Taiwan are planning to recover the output as well nowadays and therefore it has also caused the increase of nickel based stainless steel price.
