Ji Lin Ji En Nickel Industry, a producer of nickel chloride, copper sulfate, and sulfuric acid, adjusted its private placement plan, lowering the floor price of the private placement from CNY 20.36 to CNY 11.90 per share and raising the maximum issuance volume from 300 million shares to 505 million shares.

The targeted fund raising amount of CNY 6 billion remains unchanged. After the deduction of expenses, the funds raised will be invested in a laterite ore smelting project in Indonesia.
