Kagara Limited, owner of Lounge Lizard said after it reached a cooperation agreement with neighboring miner Western Areas NL that first production of nickel from Australia's Lounge Lizard deposit will start in 3 months.

Mr Kim Robinson executive chairman of Kagara said that the agreement will result in consolidation of one of Australia's largest high grade nickel mines, holding around 140,140 tonnes nickel and yielding 3,000 tones of contained metal a year.
