Toledo Mining Corporation plc has announced the appointment of Mr Adrian Harvey as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Adrian Harvey is a certified accountant and has extensive experience spanning over 20 years in financial management of international mining, energy and engineering companies. He has held senior roles including Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary of Max Petroleum plc and Company Secretary of RusPetro plc.

Although based in London, he will spend periods in the Philippines working in unison with the local management and joint venture partners.
