It is reported that POSCO and Yieh United Steel Corporation are predicted to increase the domestic and export prices for stainless steel for March 2011.

Currently, as the nickel prices have surged sharply, most stainless steel mills have planned to increase the prices to reflect the production costs.

Analysts predicted that POSCO would raise the prices by USD 300 per tonne and YUSCO would hike the prices by TWD 7,000 to TWD 8,000 per tonne.
