POSCO buys out Samancor in African ferrochrome plant POSchrome

It is reported that South Korean steel giant POSCO has bought out partner Samancor Ltd to take full ownership of POSchrome Ltd, a ferrochrome producer in South Africa.
POSCO, which didn’t release the value of the deal, previously held 50% of the unit.
POSchrome provides about 60,000 tonnes a year.
