It is reported that the continuously rising nickel prices have pushed up the stainless steel prices in Asian market recently.

It is known that the nickel prices have exceeded USD 24,000 per tonne at LME. It's said that Japan's export quotes of cold rolled stainless steel to China have soared by USD 100 to USD 150 per tonne currently.

Though the demand for stainless steel might shrink by the coming of rainy season, the stainless steel prices may still have chances to hike further if the nickel prices continue to soar.
