Russian stainless steel imports down by 17pct MoM in November

According to statistics released by Spetsstal Association, Russia imported 22,110 tonnes of stainless steel in November 2011, decreased by 17.1% MoM from October 2011.
Meanwhile, the country's imports of stainless steel in the first eleven months of 2011 totaled 223,454 tonnes, surged by 26.4% YoY.
