Steel Authority of India Limited’s Salem Steel Plant has won the prestigious National Sustainability Award for 2008 from the Indian Institute of Metals.

Mr Sanak Misra president of IIM gave the award to Mr Pankaj Gautam ED of SSP in Kolkata recently.
