Societe Nickel de Nouvelle Caledonie et Coree has produced 2,302 tonnes of nickel in October 2009, which is equivalent to the annual operation target of 30,000 tonnes (ferronickel wise).

SNNC, the first Korean company to manufacture ferronickel, achieved this in only 11 months, which is much faster than other leading companies have managed to do after 5 years in the business.
