According to statistics of Korea Iron & Steel Association, South Korea exported 46,296 tonnes of hot rolled stainless steel this year with the average prices of USD 2,692 per tonne.

Most of products were exported to Southeast Asia accounting 55.1% and Europe and North Asia take 26% and 17.4% respectively.

Among them, 10,611 tonnes were exported to Thailand; 10,224 tonnes were to Vietnam, 4,598 tonnes were to Taiwan; 7,182 tonnes were to Turkey; 5,253 tonnes were to Japan and 2,688 tonnes were to China.
