
Southwest Stainless Steel to overhaul rolling lines in November
Sichuan Province based Chinese steelmaker Southwest Stainless Steel Co has announced that it plans to carry out overhaul at its steel melting and rolling lines in November 2011.
Overhaul will take one week for each line causing reduction in the output by about 10,000 tonnes. The overall steelmaking output is expected to reach almost 40,000 tonnes in November 2011, while it amounted to 53,000 tonnes in October 2011.
