According to statistics, the inventory of stainless steel in Chinese Wuxi market totaled 177,864 tonnes in the second half of December 2012, decreased by 3.59% from a half month earlier.

Among them, 103,405 tonnes were cold rolled stainless steel products, up by 0.94% and 74,441 tonnes were hot rolled stainless steel, decreased by 9.25%.

To specify the steel grade, 144,282 tonnes were 300 grade stainless steel, up by 2.33%; 24,779 tonnes were 400 grade products, increased by 0.38% and 8,785 tonnes were 200 grade materials, decreased by 53.22%.
