According to statistics, the inventory of stainless steel in Chinese Wuxi market in the middle of September 2011 totaled 203,916 tonnes, down by 4.93% MoM.

Among them, the stock of cold rolled stainless steel decreased by 11.4% to 109,666 tonnes and that of hot rolled (HR) stainless steel increased by 3.9% to 94,250 tonnes, all compared to that in a month earlier.

In addition, the stock of 300 series stainless steel totaled 165,763 tonnes, down by 5.34%; that of 400 series material was 25,415 tonnes, down by 13.89% and that of 200 series products was 12,738 tonnes, surged by 29.25%.
