It is reported that Taiyuan Iron & Steel Co Limited has eyed growths in the volume of produce and sale, operating income, profit etc in May, all hitting the highest record in the history.

The statistics show that in May 2009, the stainless steel output was up by 58% YoY and up by 10% MoM. And that of the steel billet up by 52, up 16% from the previous budget, up by 1% MoM.

The nice performance cannot be achieved with the support of sufficient contracts. Besides, the company speeds up the products mix adjustment to produce the high end quality products.
