
Focusing on market positioning, TISCO Sales Department has spared effort to put up domestic largest stainless steel spot transaction platform since this year. In the first eleven months, sales volumes via network realized 167,005 tonnes. Among which, stainless steel plate takes up 78,956 tonnes with sales revenue of CNY 19.2063 billion, a profit of CNY 3.448 billion to TISCO.
On the basis of 2010 statistical data of market research, TISCO analyzes scientifically steel consumption of Shanxi, Inner Mongolia and areas around, after that, they establish the largest stainless steel spot transaction platform at home, in a bid to sell spot goods by competitive biding in network. Meanwhile, they also concentrate on developing key products to achieve marketing strategy on product mix transformation.
After fixing explicit position, TISCO constructs network selling terminally every month, all services include biding document release, cash deposit pick up, competitive biding at site, delivery and payment. Besides, they integrate suggestions to improve the function of the platform step by step.
Apart from that, the company dedicates to offer value added services to their customers, and to seek for new profit growth point. So far, the company has already invited enterprises of more than 360 to participate the competitive biding. Up to November, sales volume of the company's steel reached 30,054 tonnes, up 36 percentage point in comparison of last year.
