It is reported that Taiyuan Iron & Steel Group has posted a total steel production of 9.9 million tonnes in 2011, soaring by 3.13% YoY.

Among them, 3.02 million tonnes were stainless steel products, up by 11.03% YoY, realizing an increase of 9.01% in sales incomes to reach CNY 127 billion.

TISCO stated that the firm has aimed to become the world's most competitive stainless steel producer in the recent years.

Furthermore, TISCO has targeted to realize sales incomes of RMB200 billion in 2015.
