Ta Chen, one of the major stainless steel pipe markers and service centers in Taiwan, has announced that its combined sales revenue in December 2011 was TWD 2.935 billion, dropping by 9.18% MoM. However, the company's net loss before tax has been improved.
Ta Chen said because of the Christmas vacation, there was less shipping volumes in December 2011. Also, the nickel prices have rebounded from the bottom in December 2011.
Affected by those factors, Ta Chen narrowed down its loss. Ta Chen said if the nickel price could stay firmly at the current level, the company may have the positive sales in Q1 2012.
