Tang Engg, known as one of the major stainless steel producers in Taiwan announced its October 2011 sales revenue was at TWD 1.802 billion, up slightly by 2.7% from September 2011.

Tang Engg said though its October shipping volumes increased by 10% from that in September, its sales revenue in October merely increased slightly since it cut its 300 series stainless steel prices by TWD 3,000 per tonne.

However, Tang Engg's financial situation has gotten improved and its loss percentage has become smaller. In addition, Tang Eng expected its November shipping volumes will remain at the same level as that in this October.
