Talvivaara Mining, a Finnish based nickel mining company, has announced that its nickel output totaled 4,030 tonnes in the third quarter of 2012, jumping by 26.2% QoQ.

In the first three quarters of 2012, the company's nickel output amounted to 10,598 tonnes.

For the prospect, Talvivaara Mining predicted that its nickel production would increase in the fourth quarter.
