Terra Nostra Resources Corporation, a majority owner of two joint venture companies in the copper and stainless steel industries in China, announced the appointments of Mr Nai Biao Zhai as GM of Shandong Quanxin Stainless Steel Co Ltd and Mr Bao Dong Han as GM of Shandong Jinpeng Metallurgical Co Ltd. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Mr Zhai has been a key member of SQSS since plant construction began in April 2003, having been involved in every aspect of successfully launching the plant, through the efficient testing and ahead of schedule production ramp up. He has assembled a team of leaders and innovators in the stainless steel industry who collectively bring world class operational experience and expertise, including advanced R&D capabilities to the company.

Mr Han joined STJMC in 2005 as vice GM and rapidly demonstrated his capabilities as a manager and plant operator and superior project leader in constructing advanced new electrolytic production capacity, and upgrading existing facilities to achieve greater efficiency and to exceed environmental standards.
