According to data of Turkish Statistical Institute, Turkey imported 401,361 tonnes of ferroalloy in the first eleven months of 2011, increasing by 15% YoY, driven by the strong output of the local steel mills.

Among them, Ukraine was the largest supplier of ferroalloy to Turkey which exported 10,045 tonnes.

In November 2011, Turkey's imports of ferroalloy totaled 28,672 tonnes, dropping by 8% YoY.
