On March 16th 2010, the US Department of Commerce announced in the Federal Register the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review for stainless steel bar from Brazil.

As a result of its administrative review covering February 1st 2008 through January 31st 2009, the US DOC has determined a dumping margin of 0% for Villares Metals S.A.

Final results of the review are to be issued no later than 120 days from the publication date of the preliminary results.

The petitioners in the investigation are Carpenter Technology Corporation, Valbruna Slater Inc, Electralloy Corporation a Division of G.O. Carlson Inc and Universal Stainless.
