The US International Trade Commission has determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty order on stainless steel wire rod from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

As a result of the Commission's affirmative determination, the existing order on imports of this product from India will remain in place.

Mr Deanna Tanner Okun chairman of US ITC, VC Mr Irving A Williamson and Commissioners Mr Daniel R Pearson, Ms Shara L Aranoff and Mr Dean A Pinkert voted in the affirmative. Commissioner Mr David S Johanson did not participate in this review.
